Upper Primary School surroundings in Gowlidoddi are in worst condition. The area near the entrance is full of plastic and rotting food waste. Nearby restaurants are dumping their food waste here.
Why is it, that there is such abject negligence on the part of the School Principal, District Education Officers and the GHMC to enforce basic cleanliness standards around our schools? Have any fines be imposed on the construction companies and the restaurants dumping their waste in front of the school?

Construction Waste Dumping on the school side, making the school wall useless as outsiders can easily enter the school.
This school is right opposite Ward 105 Corporator’s office. We requested him as well to do regular followups with GHMC.
Yuva1 reported the issue to authorities in a tweet. GHMC responded back on Sep 8, and said they will fix the issue. We are waiting for the issue to be resolved.
